OMAHA (DTN) -- Snow showers continued in the eastern Great Lakes Tuesday afternoon, with dry weather elsewhere in the main U.S. crop areas. Most Midwest temperatures were cool to cold. In contrast, the western Plains had a surge of warm air taking readings to higher values that anywhere in the country except for the Desert Southwest.
